Graduation Picture Frame Gift

Here is my challenge for Global Scrappers Color Challenge this month! I made a picture frame I got at Michael's, painted the edges.. placed TPC Valedictorian Paper on it, then used Misc Embellies to decorate the frame. I used Wild Cards Cricut Cartridge to cut out CLASS OFF, thickers for 2012, doilies from Aussie, and misc stickers, Maya Road Pin, Misc ribbon..

The colors this month are:
 BLACK
WHITE
GRAY
YELLOW
NAVY BLUE
