Welcome to The Paper Variety's one year anniversary celebration! Yes! It's been a whole year!! This week it's all about our "favorite things"! We all have those, right??!

First Challenge!
The first of 5 challenges is to create a paper project including stamps - clear stamps, rubber stamps, image stamps, sentiment stamps. My Favorite Things stamps is awarding a random challenge winner with a $25 gift voucher to their store! How awesome is that????!!!!

My Favorite Things also generously provided the entire TPV DT with stamps to use on our projects. Thank you, MFT!! This was my first digital stamp, and it was so easy to download and get started with!
Card Info
I made a Christmas Card! Can't start soon enough right???!! I used a digital stamp, my first ever, and colored it using simple pencils and some markers. I added some ribbon, bling, rub on sentiment and voila!

ReplyDeleteIt's just been winter here in Aus... I thoroughly enjoyed curling up in my warm bed quite honestly!! But I'm looking forward to lazy summer days where I can just lay in the sunshine and relax! And the beach!! :)

ReplyDeleteWe had a great summer in our pool, and we made it to the beach quite a few times too. I love watching the kids making sandcastles and burying each other. :)
A lovely Christmas card! I always like to start early myself so there is one less thing to do when the holiday chaos hits right? I like how colorful your card is. My favorite activity this summer? Hmmm... we are military and had to move to a new house (never fun) but FINALLY having my craft room set up again after being in boxes all over the place was DEFINITELY the high point for me! LOL! I'm a new follower. Like your Owl Christmas card. My daughter (who is a sophomore in college studying Art Animation) likes Owls. Fav Summer thing was being in our pool. Had over 30+ days of 100+ temps here in Central TX but finally cooler temps now and it is starting to feel almost like Fall which is just around the corner. Thanks for chance to win.

My favorite summer activity this summer? Hmmmm....barbecuing with friends and dancing under the stars (Chicago has a summer long series where you dance outside). too fun. can't believe summer is over.

ReplyDeleteI love the owl card. that is great for christmas. My favorite thing this summer was a trip to Oregon with the kids and they got to got white water rafting with my hubby. I was not able to go rafting, but the looks on there faces, and stories they told me when they got back to camp was all worth it.

Hiya, This blog hop is so much fun, much more exciting than the work I should be doing !!. My favorite thing this summer was to go a little train up to the Jungfrau in Switzerland. It was 41 degrees at the bottom and white snowy landscape at the top ! Amazing ! Thank you for the great giveaway !!

Such a cute card! I am now a follower! My favorite summer activity was the indoor pool in my mom and dad's hometown. It was over 100 degrees here and it was just too hot to be outside! Another favorite activity was Moody Gardens Water Park! Love the lazy river!

We played a lot of ping pong besides other fun beachy stuff. LOVE your Blog candy. Can't ever have enough lace and the twine was making me drool. :)

My favorite thing that happened this summer was when my husband and I took our grandbabies to the park to play. It was so nice for him to come along and the kids seemed to really enjoy that he joined us.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of summer was not having to set my alarm or follow a schedule. I could only do this because I was not working and took the summer off for the first time in Many, Many years.
